Now I totally expect Simprini to see this and wonder what rock I’ve been living under, but this is the first time I’ve ever heard a “Hang Drum”, I’ve seen a few instruments that are similar in design, but usually a concave bowl type fashion.

It is, as you can see, round and metallic. It’s got tuned dimples on one side (steel drum sound), and a hole on the other side. It comes in all kinds of tunings, and it is made in a little factory in Switzerland. More Information Here

Was going through my music directory looking for a random song and this is what I ended up with, so listen if you like.
